No Face to Face appointments for clients at this time. We prefer to meet all new clients in person but safety and solo preparer office there are time contraints, so prefer to do a personal call to each client after dropping off documents.  We will gather all necessary information over the phone if not part of documents.

We do offer a secure drop box location for those customers who need a quick drop method. We will call you before making final adjustments and printing for pickup or e-filing. All tax services must be paid for in full prior to filing taxes.  If you do not know the amount when you drop your taxes, you may leave a check made out to Susan Baum Tax Service, and I will fill in the amount when I call you back with your tax results. 

We also offer an option that worked good last several years, we setup ACH withdrawal of our fee on the day of your refund.  We must have signed consent to process the payment from your account.
